As Chair, but also as a member of the sector, I recognise that One Dance UK has a vital role to play as the national support organisation for dance in this landscape. Whether it is offering support, guidance, and opportunities for our members or continuing to closely work with the government and key stakeholders, we want to ensure your voices are heard. Our work is now more vital than ever, and we must work collaboratively to build pathways for the dancers and leaders of tomorrow.  I look forward to working with the One Dance UK team, my fellow trustees and all of you to effectively advocate for dance, empower artists and organisations, and strengthen the dance ecology in its entirety. Together, we'll continue to build a thriving, inclusive future for dance across the UK.”
