NEW Year 1 'Simply Dance - Actions' Scheme of Learning

‘Simply Dance- Actions' is a brand-new scheme of work designed to introduce and develop dance-specific knowledge and skills in pupils aged 5-6. Created by Dance Education Specialist Claire Pring in collaboration with One Dance UK, this scheme focuses on the topic of ‘Actions’ and consists of seven detailed lesson plans with accompanying PowerPoints and music suggestions. The Association for Physical Education (afPE) recognised Claire's resources and CPD delivery as being of the highest quality and appointed her to their Professional Development Board to guide the improvement of dance in schools.
