PLEASE NOTE: this guidance has not been developed specifically with the dance sector in mind, however, it provides useful and important information for anyone looking to impact the experiences of trans individuals and communities positively.
The guidance sets out an ethical framework to support cultural organisations to advance trans-inclusion. It explains key components of the UK law, as well as some of the limitations and complexities of the law.Â
