A rare opportunity to shape something extraordinary. We are honored to work with 16 schools, focusing strategically on communities facing the highest levels of socio economic disadvantage - ensuring that excellence is not a privilege, but a right. This year, we aim even higher.

  • Design and lead an ambitious 12-week ballet education programme across our group of schools. Supported by a well-sequenced and rigorous curriculum.
  • Inspire and guide a team of ballet teachers, ensuring consistently exceptional teaching and learning.
  • Champion excellence, using quality assurance and professional development to raise standards across the provision.
  • Shape the artistic vision for our 60 minute abridged ballet production at Birmingham Symphony Hall (8th & 9th July 2026).
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO, Producer, Music Director, and wider creative team to deliver a production that is accessible, inspiring, and unforgettable.
  • Teach with purpose, delivering high quality ballet lessons that support learners of all backgrounds to achieve great outcomes.
