About the role
As Lead Administrative Office for Benesh International, you will be the first point of contact for the department, coordinating Benesh International’s membership scheme, supporting Benesh International’s students, tutors, and members, and overseeing Benesh International events.
A large part of this role will be overseeing the development, formatting and dissemination of course materials, as well as coordinating the Benesh Archive and cataloguing the development of the Benesh Movement Notation language with the Head of Benesh International.
As a Lead Administrative Officer, you would:
- Be experienced in carrying out administrative tasks in a professional working environment
- Be experienced in providing proactive service to customers and stakeholders
- Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task, see tasks through to completion, and meet strict deadlines
- Have knowledge and understanding of General Data Protection Regulations
