Ballet Teacher (April - July 2026)

Last year, following 12 weeks of intensive training, our young dancers performed an abridged production of Romeo & Juliet (Prokofiev) alongside professional artists at Birmingham Symphony Hall, accompanied by a live 50 piece orchestra. A moment that expanded horizons, ignited confidence, and proved what children can achieve when given extraordinary opportunities. In 2026, we're raising the bar even higher. If you are a passionate, highly skilled ballet teacher who believes in the power of the arts to transform lives, we want you on our team.

- Deliver exceptional classical ballet lessons to children aged 8-16 across state schools in the West Midlands
- Teach a wide range of abilities, including beginners
- Bring energy, imagination, and high artistic standards to every session
- Create project teaching plans and contribute to assessment and evaluation
- Work collaboratively with our Lead Practitioner and a team of other inspiring ballet educators

- Play a key role in preparing learners for a fully staged, 60 minute abridged ballet production on performance day @ Birmingham Symphony Hall on 8th & 9th July 2026 (additional fee paid) This is a chance to shape a transformative artistic journey for children and young people who may never otherwise access high quality ballet education.
