How does a human being become a dancing being? Where do we find this dance within, and what brings it alive? For the first time in London, Rainer Behr—renowned dancer, choreographer, and member of Tanztheater Wuppertal Pina Bausch—leads The Essence of Dance – The Living Dance, a one-day workshop at Acosta Dance Centre.
Rainer Behr invites dancers to explore the essence of movement and rediscover the dance within. Through repertoire and creative exploration, participants will find their own language of expression—making the invisible visible and the inner dance come alive.
