Neon Dance’s Last and First Men fuses daring choreography, sculptural costumes, and 16 mm film to reimagine Stapledon’s sci‑fi epic. Three dancers embody post‑human futures, moving with precision and intensity, while Jóhann Jóhannsson’s score and Tilda Swinton’s narration play (within the film). Adrienne Hart’s direction creates a physically and visually charged meditation on extinction, legacy, and the transformative power of movement.
