Future Leader: Assistant Producer

Stopgap is seeking a passionate and driven individual who identifies as Deaf, Disabled or neurodivergent to join the Future Leaders programme as Assistant Producer. This is a paid, part-time position for a 12-month contract starting in May 2027, designed to support and elevate Disabled professionals at the start of their leadership journey. You’ll gain hands-on experience in helping make Stopgap’s events, shows and tours happen, work with a diverse range of people, and be guided by an experienced Stopgap mentor every step of the way. You will work alongside fellow Future Leader: Assistant Artistic Director and collaborate on two major projects during the year. Stopgap is looking for motivated individuals with at least three years of experience in producing or a similar creative sector role such as: Arts Management & Administration Event Management Project Management Technical or Stage Management If you’re excited by this opportunity and ready to progress on your leadership journey, Stopgap is looking forward to receiving your application!
