Join Funmi Adewole Elliott for an energetic, playful, interactive workshop based on the everyday experiences of social dancing and storytelling. She will start by teaching a simple routine based on old and new African urban dances: Fuji and Juju, Afrobeats, as well as Salsa and Merengue. This Pay What You Can event is part of Yorkshire Dance’s Ageless Festival 12-13 July 2024. Taking place in Leeds City Centre, this two-day festival reimagines age through dance. Image: Irven Lewis
