Individual Membership

One Dance UK offers an affordable membership for individuals providing support, advice, advocacy and resources. This membership is for dancers, choreographers, teachers, lecturers, producers, managers, dance marketing and publicity specialists and other individuals working in, or interested in, dance.

  • Bi-annual One Magazine delivered to you in print and digital format

Please note that anyone under the age of 18 will require a parent or guardian to apply for membership on his/her behalf and give consent to participate in activities such as the free networking events.

  • Bespoke one to one musculoskeletal and fitness assessment based on your current training, followed up with a bespoke fitness plan and training advice.

Please be aware that our Membership team may need to contact you for some extra details following your POP purchase to help set-up your package, so please look out for our communications.

We are pleased to announce that the majority of our screening services are now back up and running, and we will therefore be able to begin welcoming you back to our Performance Optimisation Package (POP) screening centres. Please note that whilst our Birmingham screening centre currently remains closed, West Midlands based dancers can still receive a full screen at our Wolverhampton location (subject to availability and advance organisation). We are now able to take bookings as usual for screening at our London centre, Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance. Please note that screening availability and booking will respond accordingly as local lock-down restrictions continue to change. Be sure to keep your eyes peeled for regular updates, and we will be sure to stay in touch with you about your screening appointment if your chosen centre is in an impacted/restricted area.

In the creative arts, credits are an acknowledgement of those who participated in the production. They are often shown at the end of movies and on CD jackets.
