Individual Membership

One Dance UK offers an affordable membership for individuals providing support, advice, advocacy and resources. This membership is for dancers, choreographers, teachers, lecturers, producers, managers, dance marketing and publicity specialists and other individuals working in, or interested in, dance.


Benefits include:

  • Twice yearly One magazine delivered to your door
  • Downloadable information sheets and guides with expert advice
  • Promotional opportunities through our wide reaching social media channels
  • Monthly e-Newsletter and regular bulletins about the specialist areas of our work
  • Access to special Public Liability Insurance for teachers and workshop leaders (for ages 18+)
  • Eligibility to become a One Dance UK Dance Ambassador (for ages 15-25)

Please note that anyone under the age of 18 will require a parent or guardian to apply for membership on his/her behalf and give consent to participate in activities such as the free networking events.

  • One to one musculoskeletal and fitness assessment with training advice based on findings


  • Health Cash Plan with benefits up to £700 (or upgrade to Silver for benefits up to £1400)
  • Bespoke one to one musculoskeletal and fitness assessment based on your current training, followed up with a bespoke fitness plan and training advice.

Please be aware that our Membership team may need to contact you for some extra details following your POP purchase to help set-up your package, so please look out for our communications.

*Please note that for the Intermediate and Elite packages, which include screening, due to COVID, our screening centres are currently closed. However, we hope to welcome you back to our Performance Optimisation Package (POP) screening centres, hopefully in the not too distant future. You are welcomed to register your interest in screening for the coming months and we will gladly make a note of your request and will confirm dates for screening and desired location as soon as we are able. We will keep you updated as circumstances develop and as services recommence. We look forward to seeing and working with you soon.

*What are choreographic credits?
In the creative arts, credits are an acknowledgement of those who participated in the production. They are often shown at the end of movies and on CD jackets.
