The Place appoints new Administrative Director Helen Keall

The UK’s leading organisation for dance training, creation and performance, The Place, today announces the appointment of its new Administrative Director for the theatre and programmes Helen Keall.
Helen Keall joins The Place from Salisbury Festival where she has been Festival General Manager since 2012. Keall oversaw the operational delivery of the Festival and managed the team. Keall has over 20 years’ experience of working in the arts in the South of England, previously as General Manager of Art Asia in Southampton and is a Board member of Nuffield Theatre Southampton.
Eddie Nixon said about the appointment, ‘I’m delighted that Helen is coming to The Place. Her experience of realising an ambitious programme of the best national and international artists that connects with a huge range of audiences fits really well with our ideas at The Place. We’re looking forward to working together with her.’
