About the role
We are looking for a Membership Development Officer to join our team. You will be supporting marketing campaigns and strategies with the aim of increasing membership recruitment and retention. You will have the opportunity to write creative copy and contribute ideas for improvements to our membership scheme and benefits.
You will have:
- sound administrative skills, ideally gained within an arts environment
- experience of using CMS, e-marketing platforms and data analysis software and the ability to draw insights from data
- experience of supporting and developing marketing campaigns and material (online and print)
- excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and strong IT skills (databases, social media platforms and Microsoft Office).

While time in our accessible London (Wandsworth / Battersea) office will be required, we operate a hybrid model of in-person and remote working.
