In a changing landscape, our vision for the future is steadfast: we are powering imagination through dance, championing new ideas, embracing risks and creating optimal conditions for dance artists and enthusiasts to realise their full potential.
The Place is seeking a dynamic and passionate Projects Producer to join our growing Producing and Touring team.
This is an exciting moment to join The Place. We are committed to supporting more artists to make and tour their work. As Projects Producer you will be a key member of the Public Programmes team. Working closely with the Artistic Director and Senior Producer on in-house productions and co-productions, you will line produce projects through research and development, creation and touring.
We work with many of the most exciting dance makers in the UK, to make bold and ambitious performance work. You will enjoy working closely with artists and be sensitive to how best to support them to realise their ideas.
We are looking for a confident collaborator with excellent organisational, budget management and communication skills. You should have experience of producing and/or project management in the arts, fundraising for creative projects, and of cultivating relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders. If you possess these skills and share our passion for performance, we would love to hear from you.
