Job Description

We are seeking a trustworthy, committed and flexible person to manage and oversee the delivery of the Primary Steps programme which is funded by the Department for Education. To have strategic and artistic overview of access events. To support the work of the Training & Access department across all of its activities, in particular the Teacher Training Programme. The successful candidate will plan and manage the delivery of the Primary Steps programme across all of its activities including, administration, recruiting, monitoring and training staff, liaison with other schools and dance organisations throughout its centres, as well as teaching in the Dagenham centre. In conjunction with the Line Manager, the role seeks to promote and develop the programme with the aim of providing a creative introduction to, and initial training in creative ballet for students who would not normally have access to the art form. To deliver teacher training for teaching in educational settings.


Salary            £34,000-36,000 per annum

Hours            Full Time/35 hours per week

Location       Upper School and willing to travel within the UK as required

Holidays       30 days per annum
