Job Description

We are seeking a confident, experienced and highly organised administrator seeking to manage their own projects. The Primary Steps Coordinator is responsible for all administrative aspects of the Primary Steps programme including Autumn Workshops, After School Classes, Graduation Ceremony and annual trips and visits. You will have a strong experience of administration, be adept at building relationships with external stakeholders such as students and parents, and committed to providing a high-quality experience for all students.  A flexible and supportive attitude is key to ensuring that all work is delivered to a consistent high standard.

 

Duration              Fixed term for duration of maternity leave (proposed start time is likely to be end of November 2019)

 

Salary                   £26,000 – £28,000 dependent on skills and experience

 

Hours                   Full-time, 35 hours per week with evening and weekends compensated by TOIL

 

Location              Based at Covent Garden with travel to White Lodge, Richmond when required

 

Holidays               30 per annum, not to be taken during peak times
