Are you a dance teacher or artist looking to expand your network?

One Dance UK member The Place is hosting a relaxed networking event for dance teachers and artists on Wednesday 2 August in their theatre bar. It’s a chance to meet other dance teachers/artists and learn more about The Place’s different participatory programmes. Members of the Classes & Courses, Centre for Advanced Training and Creative Learning teams at The Place will be on hand to share information and answer questions about the dance programmes they manage. After the event you are invited to send in your CV and a covering letter if you are interested in teaching future dance programmes at The Place.

After the event The Place will be accepting CVs and covering letters from artists interested in teaching for these specific programmes with the view to expanding the pool of teachers for the future.

Please send the following information to: by Wednesday 16 August.

  • CV including relevant qualifications and experience, referee details, Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) status (maximum 2 sides of A4)
  • Covering letter/statement with general availability and the programme/s you’re interested in teaching (maximum 1 side of A4).
