Bursaries now available to attend the acclaimed Re:generations conference!

Would you like to attend our conference, Re:generations | dance and the digital space – an international forum exploring the impacts of digital innovation and the African diaspora? A must-attend event for anyone interested in dance or digital, the event aims to bring the international dance community together to stimulate critical debate, share current practice, research and innovation and encourage new perspectives for the future. We will be exploring the ways digital technologies can be used for artistic innovation and creative practice, unite global communities through online platforms whilst increasing the visibility of diverse work to mainstream audiences.

Interested? Well, we’re thrilled that our friends at Dance Professionals Fund are offering 8 bursaries of up to £250 to cover travel and accommodation to Manchester for dance professionals who have worked in the sector for a minimum of three years, either as a dancer, dance teacher (in a dance school or dance college), a choreographer, or any combination of these roles!

To be eligible to apply you must:

–          Have worked for minimum three years in the UK as a dancer, dance teacher (in a dance school or dance college, not in mainstream education), or choreographer or any mixture of these.

–          Be a resident of the UK

–          Have demonstrable evidence of why attending this conference would be of benefit to you.
