With the early-bird discount, full price delegate passes for the day will be £120; One Dance UK Teacher member’s will pay £78. A range of other price options will be available.

One Dance UK’s first Dance Teaching & Participation Conference will combine key notes, discussion, practical workshops and research presentations to update, up-skill and uplift the dance teachers both within and outside of the formal education sectors.

Drawing upon the work of leaders in dance education and youth dance settings, the conference will be a great place for those that teach dance to network and learn about what’s happening in dance teaching across England. The conference will be underpinned by four key strands:

  • Raising standards of dance teaching, both within and outside of school
  • Improving progression routes for young people in dance
  • Raising aspirations of children and young people through high quality dance provision
  • Increasing access, for all children and young people to be able to dance in and outside of school
